Pre Production Proof: Domestic Item: $45.00 (G). Production Time: 2-3 Days. If revisions are made to any Pre Production proofs, a new pre production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply.
Overrun Production Samples: Must be requested and included with original order and cannot be added after a ship date has been assigned.
Blank Goods: We require a minimum of 2 full production days to ship blank. Orders received before 5PM PST will ship 2 business days from the day the order is received. Orders received after 5PM PST will be assigned as received the following day. Blank/Unimprinted product sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances (sorry, no exceptions!).

Fine lines have a tendency to break and/or appear broken when printing on cloth materials. Some fine details may be lost during printing as well as fade quickly after
printing. Small shifting of imprint cannot be avoided when printing. As each product is manufactured and printed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Teddy Bears are intended for individual use and cannot be compared. Copy Change request must meet 1/2 of the first column quantity. No exceptions. All applicable charges will be applied
